Ordering questions
What is the minimum order?
As a guide, from 20,000 pouches or 200 kg in reel form, though this is indicative rather than fixed. The right minimum depends on the structure, format, print method and size, so Varna confirms it per project.
What lead time should I expect?
Around 21 days from approved artwork to first delivery is typical, and it varies by product and process. Cromalin contract proofs come within 3 to 5 days, so colour is signed off before a cylinder is cut.
Can I get samples before a full order?
Yes. Varna provides samples so you can check the pack on your own filling line before committing to a full order.
Do you supply both printed and unprinted packaging?
Yes. Varna supplies printed and unprinted films, laminates and pouches, printed on gravure and flexo presses in up to nine colours.
