Yes. The reinforced base and multiple sealing surfaces are built to carry heavier fills and hold pack integrity under load through storage and transport, so dense or bulky products arrive intact.
How much printable space does a flat bottom pouch give us?
The box-like form gives up to four printable panels, more usable branding surface than round-bottom or pillow formats. That helps when a design needs a shelf-facing front plus side panels for nutritional, compliance or secondary branding.
Are flat bottom pouches available with a zipper or spout for resealing?
Yes. Flat bottom pouches can be specified with a zipper, without a zipper, or with a top spout, depending on whether the product needs reseal or pour functionality.
Is this format food-safe?
Yes. Food-contact structures use food-grade films, inks and adhesives and are produced in our BRCGS Grade A and FSSC 22000 certified plant in Sri Lanka.
