Is reel form compatible with our existing form-fill-seal machine?
Reel form is engineered to perform on most form-fill-seal lines, but exact fit depends on your machine make, gauge tolerance and roll width. Send your FFS specifications with your quote request and we will confirm compatibility before you commit to a structure.
What is the difference between laminate and mono-layer reel form?
Laminate structures combine multiple film layers for higher barrier and mechanical strength, typically where shelf life or product protection is the priority. Mono-layer uses a single material, which can simplify recyclability and cost. The right choice depends on the moisture, oxygen and seal requirements of your product.

Do you supply rollstock film in Sri Lanka?
Yes. Varna supplies printed and unprinted rollstock film in Sri Lanka, wound to your form-fill-seal machine core and web width. It is made in-house from extrusion through gravure or flexo printing and lamination, and engineered for the barrier, seal and machinability your line needs, whether for vertical or horizontal FFS, sachets or pouch stock.
Is this format food-safe?
Yes. Food-contact structures use food-grade films, inks and adhesives and are produced in our BRCGS Grade A and FSSC 22000 certified plant in Sri Lanka.
