By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using this website
You may use this site for lawful, informational and business purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law.
3. Product information and specifications
Information about our products, formats and capabilities is provided for general guidance. Images and descriptions are indicative, and detailed technical specifications and datasheets are provided on request, specified around your product, filling line and shelf-life requirement. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to supply, and the suitability of any structure for your application is confirmed with you before production.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or quote request through this site does not create a contract. Any supply of goods is subject to a separate written agreement and our terms of sale, agreed with you directly. Quotations are valid only as stated when issued.

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, the “Varna” name and the “Beyond the Pack” mark, is owned by or licensed to Varna and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own business evaluation of Varna. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

This site links to external pages, including press coverage published by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites. A link does not imply endorsement.

Where you deal with Varna Packaging Pty Ltd in Australia, the laws of New South Wales, Australia, apply to that dealing. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the law that applies to you.
