What is the difference between quad seal pouches and standard flat bottom pouches?
Quad seal uses sealed gussets to form a box-like shape with four printable panels, similar in form to flat bottom, but built specifically for material efficiency and stacking stability on shelf and pallet, which lowers both waste and transport cost.
Are quad seal pouches available in bulk bag sizes?
Yes. Beyond the standard retail pouch, quad seal is available as a bulk bag for larger fill volumes.
Can quad seal pouches reduce packaging and transport costs?
Yes. The squared structure carries bulk and multi-serve fills while using material efficiently, and its stacking stability lowers transport cost compared with less efficient shapes.
Is this format food-safe?
Yes. Food-contact structures use food-grade films, inks and adhesives and are produced in our BRCGS Grade A and FSSC 22000 certified plant in Sri Lanka.
